Gratitude Fridays
Not everything about the week was easy. Maybe most of it wasn't.
Gratitude Fridays aren't about pretending otherwise.
This is a quiet end-of-week practice — noticing what was steady, what was small, what kept going even when it didn't have to. Not celebration for the sake of it, and not a list of things to be thankful for. Just an honest look at what was already there, in a week you might otherwise close the lid on without a second glance.
The week was something. This is where we notice what.
