The Ability
I know that this is a sensitive topic, and I like to share it thoughtfully.
Each of us lives with limits. Some are real and cannot be ignored. Others are shaped quietly over time perhaps by fear, past disappointments, or the stories we tell ourselves about what we can and cannot do.
I’ve come to realise that growth often begins not by pushing harder, but by realising which limits are fixed, and which ones we’ve learned to accept without question.
Wherever you find yourself today, this is a gentle reminder: you matter, and your presence has value. Each of us carries this ability - the capacity to learn, to adapt, and to grow in ways that may not be obvious at first.
Fear and negativity can feel protective, but they can also keep us small. When we allow them to lead, we risk missing out on what we are truly capable of becoming.
Your abilities may look different from someone else’s, and that’s okay.
Your skills, your perseverance, and your courage all play a part in helping you move forward — one honest step at a time.
